I stumbled upon this album by chance as I walked into my local record store and saw the guy placing the album on his shop wall as part of his cover art display. The cover stood out and the album itself is really good!

Oddly enough the band dressed and performed as mimes which originated from the idea that musicians could be taught the art of painting and mime to create a new form of art. While some the original musicians where replaced, they kept the mime face paint and onstage mime routines throughout. If you check out The Sensational Alex Harvey Band the guitarist Zal Cleminson also dressed in mime for live performances. Im not sure if this is correlated as my understanding is that Zal only dressed in mime so he could be seen when playing to large crowds.
The Handsome Devils is the fourth studio album by Hello People and does not disappoint! It has elements of garage rock, psychedelic pop, funk, acapella, and good old fashion rock n’ roll

Todd Rundgren produced the album, im guessing as they performed as part of Todd Rundgrens backing band back in the day
Notable tracks include Future Shock, Finger Poppin Time, Destiny, Ripped Again, Listen to Your Heart and Creego
Although a little odd, this album is awesome and reminds me of 10cc (Rubber Bullets). You should be able to pick this album pretty cheap too
